Wings For Success was founded in 1997 in response to the federally-mandated Welfare-to-Work initiative. Since then, services have been extended to all disadvantaged women. Women come to Wings through referrals from a network of nearly 50 social service agencies, such as: We partner with these agencies to provide services they cannot offer due to limited human and financial resources. These organizations value the “finishing touch” Wings provides in the employment process. Listed below is a sampling of the agencies with which Wings collaborates in reaching out to women in need.
