Our First Coach Trip to NYC was a Great Success!

Thank you to everyone that chose to join us on Saturday, December 9th, 2018 for our first coach bus trip to NYC. The day was chilly with our first snow of the season to make the Big Apple holiday decorations look even more beautiful.

Our bus was filled with old and new friends ready for a day on their own in the city. Some shopped, others saw shows and all had a great time helping us celebrate our 20th Anniversary with this special trip.

Wings Fling 2017

A special thank you to all the attendees, sponsors and supporters who helped make our 8th annual Wings Fling a huge success! Held on October 5th at the Chester Valley Golf Club, the event featured delicious food, an amazing array of silent auction items, the ever-popular wine grab, and a moving personal story from our client speaker, Zoe. The energetic Andie Summers of 92.5 WXTU kept our evening moving while longtime Wings volunteers Gwen and David Murphy were honored for their years of service to our mission.

Wine with Wings 2017

Thank you for making our first Wine with Wings wine tasting a success!

Our first fundraiser in the Kennett Square area was a sold-out event! What a wonderful statement about community spirit and interest in supporting Wings for Success and our clients! Nearly 150 people attended Wine with Wings, held at the Kennett Square Golf & Country Club on June 1. The wines, provided by Patone Cellars, were popular, the food was delicious, the country club setting was beautiful, and the silent auction was a sell-out!

Special thanks to our sponsors, auction donors, and the guests who attended.

Your participation and generosity make it possible for us to continue our mission to empower women in need to pursue employment and economic security.

Fashion Show 2017

On Saturday, March 25, 2017, Wings held its 3rd annual fashion show in Malvern. Award-winning Philadelphia news anchor, Pat Ciarrocchi, was our emcee, which was held in the Great Hall at Immaculata University.

During the show, local models showcased fashions from area boutiques as well as original designs by Immaculata students and noted local designers.

Other activities included a silent auction, vendor tables, and workshops focused on professional and personal development. A wonderful brunch complete with mimosas was served.

Our spring fashion show is always a hugely popular event and 2017 brought out our largest audience.
