Kristen Wilson, PT, DPT is co-owner and physical therapist at Action Potential One on One Physical Therapy with two locations in Glen Mills and Kennett Square. Kristen received her Masters’s degree from Ithaca College and, shortly thereafter, her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University. Dr. Wilson has worked in a variety of settings including Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital, Maris Grove Retirement Community, and Bayada Home Health prior to opening Action Potential in 2011.
She also serves as adjunct faculty at Neumann University in the Physical Therapy program and is Editor of Impact Magazine, the national publication for the Private Practice Section of the American Physical Therapy Association. Kristen enjoys working with older adults, treating pelvic pain and incontinence, and is an avid lover of movement mechanics. She lives happily with her husband, 3 boys, and a dog in West Chester PA.

Finding a great job in today’s market can turn into a full-time position in itself, but you don’t have to dedicate 40+ hours per week to be successful. In this workshop you will learn how to strategically target your strengths, narrow down your search, and effectively manage your job search. We’ll also review best practices for preparing for a job interview and provide tips for the interview process.
Wearing the Right Attitude and Outfit
Dressing with confidence is more than wearing the latest fashion. Your outfit should enable you to feel comfortable and poised in any situation. We will discuss the “dos and don’ts” of dressing for the job interview and maintaining your look after you get the job. We’ll discuss the proper interviewing approach, effectively dealing with the workplace environment and best practices for workplace communication.
