We are officially open to the public with safety procedures in place! All individuals in our building must wear a face mask. We are currently providing clothing, arranging virtual advice sessions and offering online workshops.
If you are in need of clothing, please complete our online Client Appointment Request form. You can also contact our office at 610-644-6323 and choose either Program Manager if you need clothing OR dial ext. 101 if your need is specifically for medical scrubs. We are currently providing clothing for pick-up or in-person dressing appointments at one of our Frazer or Kennett Square locations.

Our trained volunteer stylists will help you put together appropriate outfits for an interview or for other employment needs. Dressing appropriately for your job interview or first few weeks at a new job can give you the confidence you need to succeed.
When you arrive at Wings, you will be greeted by your volunteer stylist who will talk with you about your clothing needs, style and sizes to help design an appropriate look just for you. The Wings clothing closet is stocked with clothing in all styles and sizes.
In your personal dressing room, your stylist will bring you clothing to try on and work with you until you have the clothing you need to succeed. Once your clothing has been selected, your stylist will help you with other needs such as shoes, a handbag and accessories, as well as new undergarments.
You will leave Wings feeling like a new woman, full of confidence and pride, ready for success!

- Business Casual
- Food Service
- Your appointment will last about one hour.
- For healthcare attire, your appointment will last about 30 minutes.
- As our appointments are scheduled with volunteers, please arrive on time.
- We understand that sometimes emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule, please call as soon as possible.
- We want to focus on you. Please arrange for child care for young children requiring your supervision.

ONE-ON-ONE ADVICE SESSION
An opportunity to receive one-on-one advice with an experienced volunteer in one of the following areas: Finding a Job Path, Resume Help, Interview Tips, Referrals to Other Agencies, etc.
Meet by phone or on a video conference call with a professional who can guide you in updating your resume, conducting an online job search and how to interview by phone or virtually. Complete our online One-on-One Advice Session Form to request an appointment and we will be in touch with you to schedule this session.
Wings for Success helps women build confidence not only by providing work-appropriate clothing, but also by providing workshops to support our clients as they embark upon their job search and prepare to start new jobs. We provide workshops in partnership with several agencies in the region, as well as annual workshops that are open to the community. All of our services are free of charge. Wearing the Right Attitude and Outfit
Dressing with confidence is more than wearing the latest fashion. Your outfit should enable you to feel comfortable and poised in any situation. In the first half hour of this workshop, we will discuss the “dos and don’ts” for dressing for the job interview and maintaining your look after you get the job. In the second half, the proper interviewing approach, effectively dealing with the work environment and the “dos and don’ts” of workplace communication will be presented.
Dress for Less
How to style according to your body shape and size, and tips on how to build a wardrobe on a budget.
Success in the Job Search and Beyond
Finding a great job in today’s market can turn into a full-time position in itself, but you don’t have to dedicate 40+ hours per week to be successful. In this workshop, you will learn how to strategically target your strengths, narrow down your search, and effectively manage your job search and interview preparation. You will organize your thoughts and stay focused during and after the interview. The saying “work smarter, not harder” also applies to a job search and interviewing.
